The Nxuba Municipality invites service providers, professionals and organisations who are able to assist the Municipality to attract and secure some of the available resources and funds to submit proposals.

Proposals must be based on the percentage of commission of the funding that will be collected and must be capped. Please note that proposals that have no capped percentage will not be considered.

The Nxuba Municipality believes the current human development indicators in the Municipality present a good case for the Municipality to attain such funding.

Proposals are invited from service providers , who have experience to provide goods and services in relation to the supply, delivery, installation, operation and maintenance of Telephone Systems as well as all other associated peripherals i.e. PABX network, Wi-Fi Infrastructure , Fax to e-mail, Cellular routing etc. The solution and equipment should comply with industry standards.

A compulsory briefing meeting will be held on Tuesday 31^st January 2012 at 10:00a.m Services Providers are to meet at Budget and Treasury office.
